Taiwan Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons
Second International Congress of Cataract & Refractive Surgery and Symposium Across the Strait
Final Notification
Dear friends, we hope this letter finds you well.
TSCRS will hold the Second International Congress of Cataract & Refractive Surgery and Symposium Across the Strait on Sunday, June 17, 2007. Besides nearly 50 well-known ophthalmologists and professors from Mainland China, we are also inviting experts from the US, Japan, Italy, and Australia, among other countries. It is an event that you can look forward to. The Congress will take place at the NTUH International Convention Center from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, for 9 hours in total. The Congress will be divided into nine sections of one hour each. The host will introduce the lecturers for keynote speeches and free papers and chair the panel discussions; experts will be asked to give comments in the end. There are relatively more topics covered in this year’s Congress (50 topics) and hence each topic will be assigned a slightly shorter time (an average of 7 minutes for a brief presentation). Hopefully, attendants will benefit the most despite the limited time available. Finally, we thank all businesses and physicians and friends from both sides of the Taiwan Strait for their assistance in making this year’s Congress and Symposium Across the Strait happen. Meanwhile, we cordially invite you to take part in this grand occasion and would appreciate any suggestions from the bottom of our hearts.
Sincerely, TSCRS Chairman Te-Tsaw Chen |
