A group of foreign guests from the Singapore National Eye Center (SNEC), led by Prof. Marcus Ang, visited Taipei Chang Gung Memorial Hospital at noon on October 3, 2023. They were personally welcomed by Chi-Chin Sun, chairman of the Taiwan Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (TSCRS). In this rare exchange opportunity, Chairman Sun introduced the history of Taipei Chang Gung Memorial Hospital’s Department of Ophthalmology and the process of laser refractive surgery to the foreign guests, and shared the experience and technological development of various countries with the foreign guests from the SNEC, leaving a lasting impression on one another.
